Surf to Snow has extensive experience with stormwater management.

We support clients that need help assessing and managing environmental resources and stormwater issues associated with large and small-scale construction projects.

We have prepared and implemented SWPPPs for development and construction projects in State Water Board Regions 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 including utilities, industrial sites, Caltrans highway improvement projects, bridges, rail projects, and environmental restoration projects.

We produce SWPPPs for electric transmission substation expansions, service center repaving, electric transmission and/or distribution reconductoring, overhead to undergrounds conversions, pole replacement, water crossings, in-water work, and diversion and dewatering plans. Surf to Snow has assisted clients on hundreds of stormwater projects and developed many of the key program compliance expectation documents used by our major clients. We provide stormwater inspections and monitoring for both traditional and LUP Type construction projects of various risk levels/types. We work to provide oversight for commercial construction projects to ensure compliance with the construction general permit (CGP).

 

In addition to SWPPP development and implementation, we also deliver professional services to support municipalities for Municipal Regional Permit (MRP) compliance.
