BIOGRAPHY: Dr. Frantz is Founder, President, and Chief Financial Officer with more than 40 years of experience in small business ownership, management, and oversight. As Founder of Surf to Snow, he and Co-Founder Elizabeth Frantz invested in the start-up of the company, set our vision and business goals, and worked to build a technical team focused on excellent customer support. As CFO Dr. Frantz presides over the management and implementation of corporate finance and budgeting, and advises on long-term strategic and financial planning. He retains overall authority to take actions that will support project success and operational growth in line with the founding vision. He works closely with co-owners Elizabeth and Brian Frantz who oversee day-to-day operations, contracts, financial and customer support. Prior to founding the company, he owned and operated a successful small business (Robert Frantz, DDS). Robert is an Air Force veteran who served during the Vietnam War.
