BIOGRAPHY:  Ms. Hom is S2S’ stormwater supervisor for all environmental compliance services associated with best management practices (BMP), construction, and water quality projects. Ms. Hom provides experience in utilities, public, and commercial sectors leading stormwater compliance and implementation projects. Ms. Hom oversees the stormwater team to establish expectations and set goals, while providing quality assurance and control to ensure precise and professional deliverables. She has developed more than 30 stormwater pollution prevention plans in the last two years.
