Surf to Snow worked a as prime for Anvil for  QSP implementation and ongoing QSD compliance tasks for the abovementioned SWPPP, inspections, and other compliance tasks for the Outfall Channel and Instrumentation Improvements, San Jose, California SWPPP Project. The project scope included trenching for conduit work, and weir board improvements, ground disturbance is estimated at 1.5 acres. A 9.6-acre laydown yard on Zanker Ln will be utilized to store materials and equipment. This work required coverage under the State’s Construction General Permit (CGP) for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction and Land Disturbance Activities
