S2S lead California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) technical document development for a solar project located on approximate 340 acres in Kern County. The solar facility developer contracted with S2S to prepare technical reports for their Conditional Use Permit Application.  S2S’ support includes providing the full spectrum of technical resource expertise and the preparation of resource-specific technical documents in support of an CEQA Environmental Impact Report (EIR). These technical documents included Agricultural, Air Quality, Biology, Cultural Resources, Energy, Hydrology, Noise, Paleontology, Phase 1 ESA, and Traffic.
