EXPERTISE: Environmental Planning and Permitting, Project Management

BIOGRAPHY:  Ms. Clark acts as an environmental lead on projects to support client goals. She works with environmental, land, and legal teams to develop project permitting strategies and to ensure that appropriate environmental permits are identified and obtained for assigned projects. She coordinates special-status species surveys, wetland delineations, and construction monitoring of environmentally sensitive sites. She develops and monitors environmental and land-related project budgets and schedules and conducts environmental assessments of project alternatives. She provides guidance and technical direction to project teams on land and environmental issues. Over the past 5 years, she has been the program lead and has supported a variety of projects throughout Gas and Electric Transmission workstreams.
