BIOGRAPHY:  Ms. Geldard has more than 10 years of experience in the environmental utility industry supporting electric and gas transmission, electric and gas distribution, hydroelectric generation, and fossil generation. She has led multi-disciplined teams working in a fast-paced environment with significant public, NGO, tribal, and regulatory scrutiny. Ms. Geldard has expertise in process improvement, change management, conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, and program management. She ensures teams perform at the highest level by setting clear expectations and goals and working with the team to ensure they have the tools and guidance needed to meet or exceed those expectations and goals. Ms. Geldard ensures excellent quality control of documents and work product by creating templates when appropriate and establishing clear document review processes.
