BIOGRAPHY:  Mr. Frantz is the Chief Executive Officer with expertise in Environmental Planning, Permitting, Biological Site Assessment and Monitoring, Environmental/Stormwater Compliance Monitoring, Stormwater Management, and Site Restoration. Mr. Frantz has over 25 years of experience with large scale Project strategy and management for environmental assessment/analysis, permitting, and project compliance for projects throughout California, ranging from the peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountain range to the offshore environments of the San Francisco Bay and Monterey Bay.
